ACT, IFS, psychedelic integration

My approach

I use ACT and IFS together because they complement each other well. ACT helps people change their relationship with difficult thoughts and feelings rather than fighting them. IFS helps us understand why those thoughts and feelings are there in the first place. A lot of the work I do involves people who are stuck in patterns they understand intellectually but can't seem to change. That gap between knowing and doing is exactly where therapy can be useful. I work with relationships, attachment patterns, trauma, and life transitions.

Psychedelic integration

I offer preparation and integration support for people exploring psychedelic-assisted experiences. This work happens in standard talk therapy sessions. I don't facilitate or administer substances. Integration is about making sense of what came up, connecting it to your life, and doing something useful with it. If you're considering a ketamine clinic, planning a legal psilocybin session, or have already had an experience that left you with a lot to process, I can help.
