We're in-network with Moda, Aetna, Regence, Optum (United), and First Choice. Not every Pluto therapist takes every plan, so visit the therapists page to see what each clinician accepts.
Kaiser: in network starting November 2026. Cigna and OHP (Trillium): applications pending. Check back as plans are added.
Not available: we are not able to accept PacificSource or CareOregon plans at this time; their networks are closed to new practices.
