My background
MSW; LCSW/LICSW. Although born in MT, I have lived/worked in the PNW since 2013, and am proud to call both places home. I have been trained in Interpersonal Therapy approaches, and strongly believe forming a genuine connection is the key to therapy success. Everyone’s healing/growth journey is different, and I will work to support each client’s unique needs and can incorporate CBT, DBT, solution-focused and somatic IFS interventions, as appropriate.

I have significant experience working with children, adults and families, and enjoy helping clients of any age with managing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and navigating relationships.
