About me

MSW, LCSW; CADC III. I am truly honored to supervise my fellow clinicians by walking alongside their path of growth and transformation. I view this relationship as mutually beneficial as I learn an extraordinary amount from each of you. With over two decades of experience across all levels of care, I've learned that what matters most is where I choose to put my energy. Supporting our clients, and supporting the humans who dedicate their careers to helping them, is my passion. I also love supporting humans on their business journeys of developing a self-sustaining practice model that allows clinicians to thrive, not just survive.
