I am the owner of Pluto. Originally from Nova Scotia, Canada, I've been living in Portland since 2013. I enjoy word-working, foraging, karaoke, creative writing, estate sales, cycling. I'm passionate about workers rights, and creating systems that are equitable for everyone.

What you can expect from me

My strength as a therapist is that I'm a regular person, and I'm not judgmental. I don't pretend to have any fancy magic powers; what I do have is a high capacity for understanding, for listening, as well as a few evidence-based techniques that can help folks understand themselves better, and get some relief. Often, there are patterns, connections, or solutions in plain sight that become visible just by explaining our situation to another person who is paying attention, and cares.
