What you can expect from me is honesty, steadiness, and genuine curiosity about you. Change of this kind takes time and isn’t always comfortable, but I’ll work to make the space one where you can say what’s true without being judged.
For over a decade, I made my living as a full-time touring musician, traveling the world and working alongside people from every corner of it. That experience shaped my outlook on humanity and on what we can do with our precious, fleeting time on Earth.
For the past seven years, I’ve worked in community mental health and as a therapist, helping people understand themselves, make the changes they hope for, and build deeper connections with others.
I work with adults who are ready to put in the work of change. My particular focus is men’s issues and substance use, but I’m also glad to work with people facing depression or anxiety, those who want to understand themselves more deeply, and anyone trying to shift behavior patterns that no longer serve them. What matters most to me is less the specific concern than a willingness to look honestly at what’s going on and stay with the process, whether that takes a few months or several years.
